Erewash – at the centre of the East Midlands
Erewash Borough Council and our partners are committed to the Economic growth and regeneration of the Borough and are currently involved in some very exciting projects.
Business Support Services
As a local Economic Development Agency, the Erewash Partnership Ltd has been providing support services to businesses in the Erewash area for over 15 years.
Established in 1994, the Erewash Partnership is a unique public/private sector social enterprise. Its purpose is to develop the local economy by delivering economic development projects as well as providing support for potential and existing businesses. The Partnership also helps local people to access training and allows schools to access the business community.
Erewash has two historic markets in the heart of Ilkeston and Long Eaton Town Centres. There are a wide variety of stalls at each town’s market, with plenty to browse including cheese, meat and preserves, fashion wear, greetings cards, books, haberdashery, and hundreds of other products on sale. The market place is also a regular venue for events, activities and attractions all year round.
Land and Property
Erewash Borough Council works with local agents and property owners to maintain a database of land, commercial property and funding opportunities available within the Borough.
If your business has outgrown its current site or is looking to relocate somewhere new, consider Erewash.
