During each two hour group based session, we provide a wide range of nutritional advice and tools to help you overcome weight loss challenges.  You will also be able to increase your activity levels with our low intensity exercise session which is tailored to your ability.

What people say about the programme

Waist wise"My wife and I have just completed the programme following our health referrals and I wish to compliment you on the content of the programme and the staff involved. In particular, Amy in the gym and Trudy in the classroom, we found their friendly and impartial help and advice invaluable in our effort to lose weight and introduce regular exercise into our daily routine. All the staff at Rutland Sports Park are very helpful but these two are worthy of a particular mention.  They are both caring and knowledgeable in a professional manner and made the programme most enjoyable for us both.  We would recommend this programme to anyone and think it is well planned and executed."

Janet:  “My doctor referred me to the gym to help with weight loss, the minute I made the phone call I knew that I would begin to change my life. I am 54 and have struggled with my weight for years.  I wasn't made to feel a freak because I was overweight.  The staff were 100% supportive, putting together a plan of exercise and gently coaxing me through the complexities of the equipment, which was high on my fear list.  At the end of the programme I lost almost two stone and 1½  inches off my waist. I have started to look after myself, have joined the gym, am fitter and have even stopped smoking”.
