Santa Claus is coming to town!

Erewash Museum has lined up some festive family fun at its two Christmas Fair events . . . and Santa Claus is booked to appear at both of them!

Children will be able to meet Santa during the magical events on Saturday 8th and Saturday 15th December when there will also be seasonal stalls selling a wide range of crafts and items that will provide some great festive gift ideas.

The Christmas Fair fun is between 10.30am and 3pm on both Saturdays and it is free admission to the award-winning Museum, with a small charge of £2 to visit Santa and receive a festive gift. There will also be mince pies and cake served by the Friends of Erewash Museum in the Hayloft.

Erewash Museum, which was awarded the prize of Derbyshire Museum of the Year in 2011 and 2012, is situated in Ilkeston Town centre, a short walk from the Market Place. Opening hours are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and Monday to Saturday during school holidays. Admission is free.
