- Access information about many services via 'Get Answers Fast'
- Report a change of address
- Apply for Council Tax Discounts
- Set up/update Direct Debit payments
- View personalised information about your Council Tax, Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support
- Check payments made and when payments are due
- Apply for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support and report any changes
- Apply and pay for many services
- Report issues to the council
You can track many request through your account, upload evidence and respond to enquiries from the council 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Business account
Registering allows you to see specific Business Rates information:
- Check that we hold the correct details about yourself and your business
- View and download your bills
- See at a glance, what payments you have made and your outstanding balance
- Register for Business Rates for the first time or let us know that you are moving
- Apply for discounts or refunds
- Change your payment/bank details
In addition you can:
- Track the progress of any forms/requests you have submitted
- Get answers to frequently asked questions
- Get the latest business advice, including Covid-19 related information

Landlords
Our landlord portal allows you to:
- View your most recent payments, including a breakdown of the amount you received for each tenant
- View previous payments and download your payment schedules in CSV format enabling you to import into your own system
- Notify us of any changes in your or your tenant’s circumstances
- Track the progress of any forms/requests you have submitted
- Get answers to frequently asked questions
