The Breadsall Neighbourhood Plan Advisory Group submitted their Neighbourhood Plan to Erewash Borough Council for a six week consultation period. The consultation period ran between Thursday 9 April 2020 and Thursday 21 May 2020.

Draft Plan Consultation

Breadsall Neighbourhood Plan Advisory Group finalised the Pre-submission draft version of the Breadsall Neighbourhood Plan in 2018. A formal notification of this was sent to all statutory consultees and further organisations or persons who the group believe should have the opportunity to comment on the Pre-submission Draft Plan.

The consultation closed on Thursday 31 January 2019. This consultation was run by BNPAG.

A copy of the Pre-submission draft Plan, as well as supporting documentation, may be viewed and downloaded from the Breadsall Parish Council website. A printed copy of the main body of the draft Plan may be obtained on request from the Neighbourhood Plan Advisory Group by e-mailing: This email address is being protected from spambots. Breadsall Parish – Neighbourhood Area Designation

A meeting of Erewash Borough Council’s Planning Committee on Wednesday 21st September 2016 approved Breadsall Parish Council’s application to designate a Neighbourhood Area covering the entirety of the Parish. 

Breadsall Parish – Neighbourhood Area Application

The Borough Council has received an application from Breadsall Parish Council under powers created by the Localism Act to designate a Neighbourhood Area covering the Parish area of Breadsall. This is with a longer term intention of producing a Neighbourhood Plan for the area.

A consultation ran from Tuesday 9 August to Tuesday 6 September 2016.
