Report a missing or damaged bin.

Replacement Bins - Missing or Damaged

If your bin is missing (lost or stolen) you will need to order and pay for a replacement.  We suggest having a look around and waiting to see if it turns up before ordering, as they sometimes do.  If you find that your bin isn't being returned to the correct place after being emptied, you can report this to us:

If you have moved into an existing property which is missing a bin, you will need to order and pay for one. If you rent the property, you may wish to speak to your landlord or managing agent.  

Bin Damaged

If your bin is too damaged for the crew to safely empty you will need to order a replacement.  

If your bin has been damaged by the crew while being emptied, you will need to order a replacement bin but there will be no charge. The crew record if they have damaged a bin.

How to Order a Bin

There is a charge for a bin to be delivered to you. We provide standard size bins (240 litre). Any bins supplied remain the property of the Council, payment covers supply and delivery. Bins will be delivered within 20 working days.
