Welcome to your new look Erewash Borough Council website.
Based on feedback on the old website, the new website boasts a modern new look and has improved navigation, making it easier to find what you are looking for.
It has a much more contemporary design than the previous website and has been developed to improve the customer journey.
Why we needed a new website:
- It was identified that the old website was not suitable to provide a foundation for digital channel shift.
- The website forms part of a wider programme of work that will enable and drive channel shift and efficiencies through other online systems like Customer Relations Management.
- The new look website has many benefits including being easier to navigate.
We are keen for feedback on the new website and an online consultation has been launched.
