Community Safety Partnerships (CSPs) are made up of a number of statutory organisations that are required by law to work together to reduce crime, disorder, reoffending and the public’s perceptions of these.
In Erewash, these organisations include:
- Integrated Care Board » Joined Up Care Derbyshire
- Derbyshire Constabulary
- Derbyshire County Council
- Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service
- Erewash Borough Council
- National Probation Service
- Police and Crime Commissioner
These organisations, along with many others including the voluntary sector and residents, work together to address the community safety needs of Erewash.
Erewash Community Safety Partnership is committed to tackling crime and anti-social behaviour across our communities.
Using the Derbyshire Strategic Risk & Threat Areas, the data and statistics in the 2016 Community Safety Strategic Intelligence Assessment and by listening to our communities, Erewash CSP has identified four priorities that are of concern in our communities for 2020-2023. These can be found in our 2020-2023 Partnership Plan.
