Performance monitoring
Regular performance reports are submitted to the council's Corporate Management Team.
A vital part of performance management is the process of monitoring and reviewing performance information. This ensures that areas of underperformance are highlighted, action taken, and best practice identified and communicated.
The Council Executive receive quarterly performance reports, providing updates on all of our Corporate Strategy Delivery Plan actions and Key Performance Indicators.
As part of this, we have developed a Performance Dashboard, that reports on these key areas, as well as a summary of the current status of our Strategic Risks and financial position.
