Accessibility Statement

We aim to ensure that our online tools and documents are accessible to help people with disabilities maintain their independence. People should be able to do what they came to do quickly and easily without having to think about it – our residents should be able to use this site equally well with or without disabilities.

The website will be monitored regularly and we will be working with Shaw Trust Enterprises (opens in a new window) digital testing team who have first-hand experience of accessibility services and represent the following disabilities: Blind, Low vision, Colour-blind, Dyslexic, Learning disabilities, Mobility impairments, Deaf, Asperger’s, Anxiety and Panic disorder.

The Shaw Trust is a charitable organization with over 30 years’ experience in delivering high quality, professional accessibility services.

New legislation has been introduced to ensure that public sector organisations websites are accessible by making them perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

We will be working to maintain Web Accessibility Initiative level 2 (opens in a new window) (AA). Our site has been designed with this in mind and we aim to make content as accessible as possible.
