Residents are asked to complete a quick survey ahead of Erewash council revamping its website. It takes only a minute or so – and will help the council to make its online hub more user-friendly. The aim is for residents to tell us what can be improved as the council looks at the site’s layout, design and content.

The authority is stressing all responses will be kept anonymous. The survey can be found at snapsurveys.com.It comes as the council also prepares to launch a regular newsletter. Residents are being invited to sign up to get it emailed to them. The information-packed bulletin – called EBC News – is expected to go out at least monthly from September.

Erewash’s Leader Cllr James Dawson said:

“We are keen to make our website as easy and accessible for residents to use as possible – which is why we are seeking input from those who actually use it. The survey takes barely any time at all to complete – so I urge everyone to spare a few moments to take part in it. The responses will form a vital part of our mission to provide an unbeatable service to residents.”
