More than 24,000 residents have already taken advantage of the discounted offer to get their brown bins collected from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
Sign-up before the 31 March and you can save £12 on the full price of £37! (Additional bin subscriptions will be £18.75.) The price will be increased to £37 from Tuesday 1 April.
Residents can also renew or sign up on behalf of someone else. Simply head to the garden waste page and complete the online form. There is also information on collections, what can go in your brown bin, and terms and conditions.
Councillor Mark Alfrey, the council’s Lead Member for Environment, said:
“A big thank you to those who have already signed up for the council’s garden waste collection service. With Spring upon us, people will be getting out in their gardens again and we want to make sure they don’t miss out on the discounted price of £25. It’s easy to sign up, just head to the council’s website and complete the online form.”
