Production of a LDS is required by provisions set out within the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended by the Localism Act 2011). This requires the Borough Council to publish a LDS on its website, and we will advise on progression against key milestones within our future published Authorities Monitoring Reports.
