Wilne 10k
Sunday September 1
The 13th Wilne 10k will take place on at 10am. The scenic, flat, fast, traffic-free road route is open to all abilities and is an excellent course for those looking to complete an easy flat 10k or for the runner who is chasing a personal best time. Included in the entry fee is chip timing and results service, technical event t-shirt to all finishers, pre and post-race massage and extensive prize structure. The event is again proud to be part of the RunDerby Race Series. Enter at Enter 2024 – Wilne 10k.

Christmas Lights
Long Eaton: Thursday 28 November.
Ilkeston: Friday 29 November 2024. We are looking for craft stalls and charity stalls to attend Ilkeston Christmas Lights 2024.
Service of Remembrance
A Christmas service of remembrance will be held at Bramcote Crematorium on December 1 in the Serenity Chapel. Starts 6.30pm. The service will be conducted by Nell Brooker and music will be provided by Erewash Phoenix Choir. The names of loved ones can be read out, which can be provided beforehand or given on the day.
