Private Sector Landlords Conference 2024
Erewash Borough Council held a Landlords’ Conference at Derby Conference Centre and Online on Wednesday, 9 October 2024.
The conference updated landlords and agents on a range of current topics affecting them, including identifying & preventing causes of damp and mould, CB4YS (Call Before You Serve) and other landlord incentive schemes as well as wider updates on the law affecting the renting of homes.
The council will be running another conference next year so please return to this page towards the spring for news about the forthcoming 2025 meeting.
