If you believe that you are entitled to help with your Council Tax, please complete and return the appropriate application form.

You can use a My Erewash account to tell us about:

A Change of Address.

Apply for, or remove Single Persons Discount.

Apply for Exemption or Discount.

- Complete a Direct Debit Form. (can also be used to amend an existing Direct Debit.)
- Complete a change in Tenancy Form (for Landlords)
