The Council tries to ensure that a range of options are available to meet the housing needs of all of Erewash residents.The Housing Options Team works to help those in any form of housing need. It provides advice on securing a privately rented home, low-cost home ownership and social housing.

Landlords, agents and tenants should note that the Tenant Fees Act came into force on 1 June 2019 which bans lettings fees for tenancies.
